    Drunken Smoked Salmon & Blue Cheese Spread – Smokey rich North Atlantic smoked salmon with pungent blue cheese, cream cheese & Jameson Irish Whiskey. Served with toasted baby pita bread and fresh vegetables.
     
    Tart Pork Dumplings – Diced Irish ham with tart apples, crumbled bacon & red onion dumplings stuffed with creamy smooth Muenster cheese served hot & crispy.  A perfect match with the Caskmates!
